The suburban real estate market is experiencing tremendous demand

“After last year’s quarantine, transactions for the purchase of a country house have increased by 30% compared to the same period last year, and demand has grown by 65%,” says Dmitry Goncharov, expert of the Novopecherskie Lipki Academy of Sciences sales department.
