A two-storey house with a VIP-class designer renovation, located in the elite part of Lesnaya Bucha. Total area – 455 m2, large kitchen-living room (85 m2), with panoramic sliding windows and access to a spacious terrace. The house has four bedrooms, three dressing rooms, four bathrooms and a boiler room. Particularly noteworthy is the stylish master room with its dressing room and bathroom; from the bedroom there is an exit to a cozy lounge area with a wonderful view of the green landscape of the backyard and the pine forest.
Underfloor heating throughout the house, the temperature of the rooms is controlled remotely from the telephone. The boiler room has a double-circuit boiler “Protherm”, an indirect heating boiler, a water filter, a remote control alarm with an alarm button, video surveillance, an intercom with a camera and memory, which can be used to open the entrance to the territory remotely from the phone.
The facade and sidewalk of the house are made of exquisite Mediterranean natural stone “Travertine”. A whole system of illumination of the facade, columns, fence (ice, neon, decor, sconce, ballard) has been introduced. All lights are turned on and off automatically by the “Twilight” sensor. Along the entire perimeter, the site is fenced with a fence with automatic German sliding gates, under the canopy there are two parking spaces for cars (with a socket for charging an electric vehicle).
A designer landscape with decorative trees and stones, Japanese gardens and bonsai was completed. The “Rain Bird” system was used for watering the landscape.
During the design and construction, all the details have been thought out that create style, comfort and an unsurpassed view of the house on a 20 acres of land.
